Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 1 head bok choy
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Separate bok choy leaves and stems, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice green onion diagonally and julienne ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté ginger until fragrant.
Add bok choy stems and green onion, stir-fry until softened. Then add shrimp and bok choy leaves, cooking until shrimp changes color.
Add seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, water) and bring to a boil.
Add cornstarch slurry (cornstarch and water) and stir until the sauce thickens.
