Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (25g) cod roe
- 1 bunch (200g) chingensai
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the chingensai into 4cm pieces, separating the stems and leaves. Slice the stems into 8 vertical wedges.

Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the chingensai stems and stir-fry until coated. Add the leaves and cook until softened.

Add the seasonings and cod roe, stir-frying until the cod roe changes color.
