- 150g dark chocolate

步驟
Combine dark chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a bowl and melt gently using a microwave. Ensure the mixture is not too hot.
Mix the melted chocolate, butter, and cream mixture with sugar until well combined.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until smooth.
Sift flour and cocoa powder into the bowl and fold gently into the wet mixture.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
