Dry Ingredients
- 155g cake flour
- 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3g baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 155g softened butter
- 🧂 150g sugar
- 🥚 3 eggs
Add-ins
- 🍫 70g chocolate chips
- 🌰 A small amount of almond slices for topping
步驟
Cream the softened butter until smooth.
Gradually add sugar in three batches, mixing well after each addition. Beat the eggs and add them slowly while mixing.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder) twice and mix them into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips to complete the batter.
Fill muffin cups lined with parchment paper to 75% capacity using a piping bag. Sprinkle almond slices on top as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–28 minutes.
