- 15g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 120g butter
- 🧂 120g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs

- Ganache for icing
- Chocolate chunks for topping
- Hagel sugar for topping
步驟
Soften butter at room temperature and mix it with sugar gradually until dissolved.
Add eggs gradually while whisking to prevent separation.
Sift cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder three times, then gently fold into the mixture.
Pour the batter into a pan, shaping it with higher edges and a hollow center. Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.
Decorate with ganache icing, chocolate chunks, and hagel sugar. Reduce sugar by 20g if using ganache.
