Main Ingredients
- 🧈 120g butter
- 🧂 100g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 100g cake flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 🍫 70g dark couverture chocolate
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
步驟
Cream the softened butter and gradually mix in sugar in 2–3 additions until well combined.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them gradually in 4–5 additions to prevent curdling.
Add the melted dark chocolate and mix thoroughly.
Sift together cake flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, then fold them into the mixture.
Add milk and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into a pound cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the cake and make a slit in the center to help it rise evenly.
Let the cake cool before serving. Enjoy your chocolate pound cake!
