- 🐚 200g clams (purged)

- 1 piece kombu (5cm square)
- 💧 400cc water

Cut chrysanthemum greens into diagonal 1cm pieces. Wash clams by rubbing their shells together under water and drain.

In a pot, add clams, kombu, and water. Heat over medium-low heat until it comes to a boil. Remove kombu and skim off any foam.

Add chrysanthemum greens and dissolve miso into the soup. Warm gently.
