Separate chrysanthemum greens into leaves and stems. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and slice stems thinly at an angle.

Remove pits from ume plums and mash into a paste. Mix with miso and mirin in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.

In a separate bowl, combine the ume mixture, chrysanthemum greens, and drained tuna. Mix well and serve.
