Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🌿 20g cilantro, chopped
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
Sesame Dressing
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame

Cut off the roots of cilantro and chop into 3cm pieces.

Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool in water and drain.

Mix the sesame dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add tuna and bean sprouts, then mix. Add cilantro and toss lightly.
