- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 200g bamboo shoots (boiled)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Cut bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic after removing its core.

Heat butter in a frying pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add onion and cook over medium-low heat until translucent. Add clams and bamboo shoots, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add flour and stir until no raw flour remains. Pour in milk, water, and salt, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
