- 🐚 1 can (130g) clams in water
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, diced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 🌾 70g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 💧 1 tbsp water
步驟
Dice the cabbage into 1cm pieces.
Separate clams from the canned liquid. Add water to the canned liquid to make 100ml clam juice.
In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add clam juice while stirring. Fold in diced cabbage and clams.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan. Pour the batter and spread evenly. Cook on medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes until edges are crispy.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
Add the remaining sesame oil around the edges and cook on high heat until crispy.
Mix gochujang, lemon juice, and water in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
Cut the pancake into pieces, garnish with green onion, and serve with the dipping sauce.
