- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes

- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Tear the spring cabbage into bite-sized pieces by hand.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add water and clams. Bring to a boil.

Add consomme, cherry tomatoes, and spring cabbage to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Once the clams open, season with salt and pepper. Stir briefly and serve.
