Broth
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 tbsp sake

- Pinch of sliced chili

Cut the Chinese cabbage into 3cm squares, slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces, and julienne the ginger.

Add clams, Chinese cabbage, green onion, and broth ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over medium heat for 4 minutes until the clams open. Add salt and mix.
