Seafood
- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Tofu
- 300g grilled tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 416.7g cabbage
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
步驟
Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and remove shiitake stems before slicing thinly.
Add clams, water, and sake to a pot over medium heat. Cook until clams open, then remove them.
Add grilled tofu, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, and the seasoning mixture (☆) to the pot. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes.
Return clams to the pot and heat until boiling. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
