Main
- 30g vermicelli
- 200g clams (purged)
- 1 head bok choy (100g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 400ml water
步驟
Separate bok choy leaves and stems. Cut stems into 6 vertical strips and halve their length. Chop leaves into bite-sized pieces. Mince green onion and ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over low heat. Add green onion and ginger, sauté until softened. Add clams and stir briefly.
Add soup base ingredients (sake, chicken stock powder, and water) along with vermicelli. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add bok choy stems, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, then add bok choy leaves and mix well.
