- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 50g fresh wakame
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 500cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut wakame into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion thinly.

In a pot, add clams, sake, and water. Cover and heat over medium until clams open.

Skim off foam, add green onion and seasonings. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add wakame and cook briefly.
