Main Ingredients
- 🐚 100g clams
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 7 stalks of chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup rice wine or soju
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2/3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Slice the chili pepper and chop the onion and chives.

Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl.

Boil the clams with salt and rice wine.

Rinse the boiled clams under running water to remove any remaining impurities.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in a separate bowl.

Combine the vegetables, clams, and seasoning mixture.
