- 🐚 200g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 150g somen noodles (3 bundles)
- 💧 400cc water
- 100cc concentrated noodle sauce (2x)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Shichimi togarashi, as needed
步驟
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse under cold water, and rub to remove any stickiness. Drain well.
In a large pot, add clams, sake, and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until clams open. Remove clams from the pot.
Add noodle sauce and water to the same pot and bring to a boil.
Add somen noodles, clams, and bean sprouts to the pot. Heat through, then serve in bowls topped with green onion and shichimi togarashi.
