- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes
- 🥬 100g lettuce (1/4 head)

- 50ml white wine
- 100ml water
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt

Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add clams and grated garlic, and sauté until coated with oil. Add cherry tomatoes, white wine, and water, then bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes until the clams open.

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, then mix lightly.
