- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Cut the bamboo shoots into two parts: tips and roots. Slice the tips into wedges and the roots into thin half-moon shapes.

Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add bamboo shoots and wakame, then simmer on low heat for about 1 minute.
