Main Ingredients
- 🧈 80g silken tofu
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Trim the stems of the shiitake mushrooms. Slice the caps thinly and shred the stems.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

In a pot, combine all the seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Add the tofu and shiitake mushrooms, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add the wakame and heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil again.
