- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
步驟
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Separate the egg whites and yolks, keeping yolks in individual bowls.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and pepper using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Optionally, add a pinch of cream of tartar.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide the whipped egg whites into four portions.
Make a small indentation in each portion for the yolks and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Carefully place the yolks into the indentations and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve the cloud eggs immediately. Enjoy the unique texture and presentation!
