    • 100g cream cheese
    • 🧂 1 tbsp granulated sugar
    • 100cc heavy cream

In a bowl, whisk eggs and granulated sugar until white and fluffy.

Sift cake flour and cocoa powder into the mixture, then fold gently. Add milk and vegetable oil, mixing lightly.

Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper. Pour 1/4 of the batter, flatten into a 10cm circle, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool and peel off the parchment. Repeat to make 4 sponge cakes.

For the cheese cream, mix cream cheese until smooth, add granulated sugar, and mix well. Add heavy cream and whisk until peaks form.

Cut a cross into two sponge cakes, place cheese cream evenly, and fold the sponge to enclose. Wrap in plastic and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
