- 🥬 4 leaves cabbage
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and julienne the carrot.
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them with all-purpose flour.
Place the cabbage and carrot in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, let sit for a while, then drain the excess water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the cod fillets until both sides are golden brown.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper), then combine with the cabbage, carrot, and cooked cod.
