- 🐟 200g cod fillets
- Potato starch, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Plum Sauce
- 2 pickled plums
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Pat the cod fillets dry and coat them with potato starch.
Remove the pits from the pickled plums and finely chop them.
Combine all Plum Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the cod fillets skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip the fillets, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
Remove excess oil with a paper towel, add the Plum Sauce, and simmer over medium heat while coating the cod.
