Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 2 okra
- 1/2 myoga
- 3 shiso leaves
- 5cm daikon radish
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut a cross on the tomato skin. Rub okra with salt to remove fuzz. Slice myoga and shiso leaves thinly. Grate the daikon radish.
Boil water in a pot, add tomato and okra, and cook for 30 seconds while rolling them. Remove and peel the tomato skin.
Cook spaghetti in the same pot for 1.5 minutes longer than the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Dice the tomato and halve the okra.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water) with diced tomato in a bowl.
Plate the spaghetti, top with grated daikon, sliced myoga, shiso leaves, and okra. Pour the sauce over.
