- 150g somen noodles
Protein
- 70g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 10 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Sauce
- 4 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 💧 200ml water
- 🍋 2 tsp lemon juice
