Vegetables
- 140g stonecrop
- 🥕 1 handful julienned carrot
- 🍎 1/2 apple
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Broth
- 💧 600ml water
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp apple vinegar
步驟
Soak stonecrop briefly in vinegar water, then rinse gently under running water to avoid bruising.
Julienne the apple, onion, and carrot into thin strips.
Dice the green chili and slice the red chili into rounds or dice for aesthetic appeal.
Mix the broth ingredients (water, salt, sugar, apple vinegar) until the sugar and salt dissolve completely. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Combine the prepared vegetables with the broth, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and refrigerate until chilled.
