- 🥩 400g sirloin steak
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables
- 🍄 1-2 handfuls mini king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 handful whole garlic cloves
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp steak sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup

- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
步驟
Defrost the steak in the refrigerator a day before cooking. Remove excess blood with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare vegetables by slicing mushrooms, onions, and garlic into bite-sized pieces.
Mix steak sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and corn syrup to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with oil and butter, then sauté the vegetables.
Add the prepared sauce to the vegetables and mix well.
In another pan, heat oil and butter.
Cook the steak on both sides until desired doneness.
Plate the steak and pour the prepared sauce over it.
