- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Liquid
- 💧 400ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of chili oil

Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut into 2cm pieces, and separate them by hand.

Heat water in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add chicken broth powder and enoki mushrooms. Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Add canned corn, salt, and pepper to the pot. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the soup in bowls and drizzle chili oil on top.
