Main Ingredients
- 🥔 300g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧀 100g mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 80g shredded pizza cheese
- 180g canned cream corn
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
For Serving
- 🥖 8 slices baguette, thinly sliced
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Place the potatoes in a pot with water (not listed in ingredients) and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Drain well.
Return the potatoes to the pot and cook over medium heat until the moisture evaporates. Remove from heat and mash with a fork or potato masher.
Add all remaining main ingredients to the pot and cook over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts and combines smoothly.
Serve the aligot in a dish and accompany with baguette slices.
