Meat
- 1 can corned beef (100g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Herbs
- Chopped parsley, to taste
步驟
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 5 minutes.
Thinly slice the onion.
Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a frying pan. Add the potatoes and onions, and stir-fry over medium heat until the onions soften.
Add the corned beef, breaking it apart as you stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
