Main Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 4 crab sticks
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- Shiso leaves as needed
步驟
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 3 minutes to remove excess water. Let it cool.
Shred the crab sticks by hand and chop the green onions into small pieces.
In a bowl, mash the tofu with a whisk until smooth. Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, soy sauce, pepper, potato starch) and mix well. Then, add the crab sticks and green onions, mixing gently.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Scoop 1/6 of the batter using a spoon and place it in the pan. Cook over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
