步驟
Separate 3 egg whites and 3 yolks into two bowls. Add the remaining whole egg to the yolk bowl.
Mix the yolks with a pinch of salt and pepper, then strain through a sieve for a smooth texture.
Shred the crab sticks finely and mix them into the egg whites.
Heat a pan with a thin layer of oil and cook the egg whites, rolling them into a log. Set aside.
Add another thin layer of oil to the pan and spread the yolk mixture evenly.
Place the cooked egg white roll at the edge of the yolk layer and roll tightly. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
