食材
Rice
- 🍚 300g cooked rice
Protein
- 2 crab sticks
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 2/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion
Oil
- 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
步驟
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Shred the crab sticks into small pieces by hand.
Prepare 300g of cooked rice.
Beat the egg thoroughly with chopsticks.
Measure 2/3 tbsp of oyster sauce.
Heat a wok and add 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil over low heat.
Pour the beaten egg into the wok and scramble over low heat.
Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and mix the rice with the oil evenly.
Turn the heat back on and stir-fry the rice until fluffy over medium heat.
Add the shredded crab sticks and stir-fry over high heat.
Add 2/3 tbsp of oyster sauce and mix thoroughly over high heat.
Serve the fried rice hot and enjoy.
