步驟
Combine softened butter and cream cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Gradually add sugar and salt in three additions, creaming the mixture.
Add egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add egg whites in three additions, mixing thoroughly.
Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients in a cutting motion, creating a # shape.
Fill prepared muffin tins lined with parchment paper to 70% full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes. Test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
