Dry Ingredients
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 60g cream cheese
- 45g baby cheese, diced
- 🧂 30g sugar
- 🥛 60ml milk
- 2 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Sift the all-purpose flour and baking powder together. Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
Dice the baby cheese into 7mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar using a whisk. Gradually add beaten egg, milk, and salad oil, mixing well after each addition.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder mixture to the wet ingredients. Mix gently until just combined, then fold in the diced baby cheese.
Divide the batter evenly into muffin cups.
Line a frying pan with three layers of parchment paper and arrange the muffin cups inside. Add water to a height of 1.5cm and heat over medium heat.
Once the water boils, reduce to low heat, cover, and steam for 12 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a skewer; if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
