Main Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🥛 400ml milk
- 🧀 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 green chilies
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
Optional Ingredients
- 3–4 slices ham or bacon
- 🍄 5 button mushrooms
- 🦐 10 cocktail shrimp
步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Adjust optional ingredients based on preference.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté garlic over high heat. Add onion and continue sautéing.
Once onions turn translucent, add optional ingredients like ham, mushrooms, and shrimp, and sauté together.
Add milk and salt, then reduce to medium heat and simmer. Stir occasionally.
Add cheddar cheese slices and green chilies. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add cooked rice and stir well to combine. Simmer for 1–2 minutes if the mixture seems too liquidy.
