Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 300cc milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
步驟
Cut the chicken breast in half, then slice into bite-sized pieces at an angle. Season with salt and pepper, and coat both sides with flour.
Separate the broccoli into small florets, slicing larger pieces in half. Peel and thinly slice the broccoli stem. Slice the onion and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, separating them.
Place the broccoli in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Drain the water.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are browned. Add the onion and shimeji mushrooms, stirring until well combined.
Add the milk, consomme, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
