Dry Ingredients
- 🌰 40g almond flour
- 125g cake flour
- 50g powdered sugar
- A pinch of sugar

步驟
Cream the room-temperature butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and whip thoroughly. Gradually mix in milk in two additions.
Sift almond flour and add it to the mixture. Use a spatula to combine. Add cake flour and mix until a dough forms. Flatten the dough with your palm repeatedly for a crispier texture.
Wrap the dough in foil and shape it using a kitchen towel roll. Freeze until firm.
Slice the frozen dough into desired thickness. Roll the edges in sugar and place on a baking tray. Add sliced almonds to half of the cookies and press lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 22-25 minutes. Cover with foil if cookies brown too quickly.
