- 8 leaves spring cabbage
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 1 cup tempura flour

- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce

- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp plum extract
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 chopped green chili
步驟
Wash each spring cabbage leaf thoroughly and remove excess water.
Mix pancake flour, tempura flour, and water until no dry flour is visible.
Add perilla oil and soy sauce to the batter for seasoning.
Dip spring cabbage leaves into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated but not too thick.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the coated leaves on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Combine soy sauce, red pepper powder, plum extract, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green chili to make the dipping sauce.
