- 150g all-purpose flour
- 2g baking powder
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 100g softened butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
Mix-ins
- 150g oatmeal
- 🍫 70g chocolate chunks
步驟
Cream the softened butter until smooth, then gradually mix in the brown sugar in three additions along with the pinch of salt.
Add the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
Sift the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) twice and fold them into the wet mixture.
Mix in the oatmeal and chocolate chunks until no dry flour is visible.
Scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape into desired sizes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 16–18 minutes.
