Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag mizuna
- 1/2 burdock root
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Noodles
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 250ml water
Seasoning for Beef
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
步驟
Mix all noodle seasoning ingredients except water in a microwave-safe container and heat for 30 seconds at 600W. Add water and chill in the refrigerator.
Cut mizuna into 3cm lengths and prepare burdock by peeling and slicing thinly. Soak burdock in water to remove bitterness.
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces, mix with beef seasoning in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W until cooked.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry burdock until crispy. Cook somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and drain.
Plate the somen noodles, top with beef, burdock, and mizuna, then pour chilled noodle seasoning over.
