Main Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 400g grated daikon
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
Daikon Mochi Mixture
- 4 tbsp potato starch
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Grate the daikon and squeeze out excess water.
Cut the bacon into 5mm-wide strips.
Heat 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan, add bacon, and cook over medium-low heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, mix grated daikon, cooked bacon, and the daikon mochi mixture ingredients. Divide into 6 portions and shape into round patties.
Wipe the pan clean, heat the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and cook the patties over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle pizza cheese around the edges of the patties and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts and crisps.
