- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho

Cut off the stems of manganji peppers and slice them diagonally into two pieces. Heat them in a toaster until softened. Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add chirimen jako and garlic, and stir-fry until golden brown. Add the seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, yuzu kosho) and mix well.

Place the manganji peppers on a serving plate and top with the stir-fried chirimen jako mixture.
