- 2 tbsp cornstarch water
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
步驟
Slice the eggplants diagonally into thick pieces.
Mix 2 cups of tempura flour with 1.5 cups of water to create a batter.
Dip the eggplant slices into the batter and deep-fry in hot oil.
