- 4 crispy plums, chopped
- 40g dried jako
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Cut the crispy plums in half, remove the seeds, and chop them finely.

Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe container and mix well. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
