Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
步驟
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly massage.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Add pork and cook over medium heat until crispy, removing excess fat with paper towels.
Add green onion and stir-fry until softened. Add potatoes and stir briefly. Add seasoning mix and stir until thickened.
