Seaweed
- 🌿 2 sheets roasted seaweed
Fish Roe
- 1 piece mentaiko
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
步驟

Cut open the mentaiko and remove the roe.

Spread half of the sesame oil on one side of the seaweed and apply half of the mentaiko roe on the other side. Repeat for the second sheet.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place the seaweed with the sesame oil side down. Cook for 2 minutes.

Flip the seaweed and cook the mentaiko side for 1 minute. Let it cool slightly. Repeat for the second sheet.

Cut the seaweed into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
