- 1 tbsp ssamjang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Wash the cucumber chili peppers thoroughly and remove excess water.

Cut the cleaned chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Mix 1 tbsp ssamjang, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic in a bowl.
